6.0The view is undeniably beautiful, the surroundings are lovely, and it's great for photos.
− However, there was one critical, unforgivable issue – the water went out all night long. No flushing, no showering, no brushing teeth, not even drinking water. I contacted the staff immediately, but got zero response, zero assistance – absolutely no emergency protocol in place. The next day, I asked for a late checkout. First they refused, then grudgingly gave us one extra hour – which does absolutely nothing to make up for a sleepless night without basic hygiene. No matter how stunning the scenery is, it doesn't justify a night without water.
Wonderful stay with the best view.
