We extended by one more night on half board- dinner included. We had the same problem with the bracelets. Even on half board, we were not given any bracelets and again we kept being questioned by security. We had to be all 3 of us together all the time to show them the key.. The receptionist is doing too many jobs and you can see he is overworked. Waiting time at reception is always a lot, people get annoyed because there is just one man doing everything. Besides the inconveniences, we liked the resort and the room.

The location is nice, as well as some of the staff who were very friendly. The sea and the beach is the best part.

− Although the rooms look nice, the bathroom smelled like sewer and have a lot of mosquitos. I asked to change rooms, which was done - and received a room that was perfumed - but sadly also there the bathroom smelled like sewer. As I traveled for work, I asked for an invoice every day - but the unfriendly receptionist said he couldnt give me one - although it was during office hours, he asked me to come back each time. At check out - still no invoice was provided. They promised to send by mail, which is not done till now. It is clearly not a place for business visitors.

Reception is really understaffed. I've seen the poor man at reception had to deal with check in and check out, towel changes, all sort of queries, money exchange. This slows everything down and I've seen many customers annoyed. Other resorts have these things split, done by different people, ie: towel change is done at the pool/ beach by a different person. We booked the room without any meals and they didn't give us any sort of bracelets. We kept being stopped and questioned by all security guards, which was unpleasant. Security guards told us to get a bracelet from reception, reception says we don't have bracelets because we are not on an all inclusive plan, but then security still wants to see bracelets. A lot of misunderstanding between themselves that is ultimately inconvenient for us. We still don't understand why they didn't give us bracelets of another colour if they offer non all inclusive accommodation. Food is not that good, mostly oily, but you will find something to eat in that variety in the restaurant. It was good we didn't get an all inclusive package in the end. Haven't seen any watermelon at all, which usually is the basic as fruit. The activities team was great, the receptionist very kind and the chief of reception who reserved our room was very nice as well. If the things mentioned above improve, next time I will give a score of 10 .

L’équipe d’animation est super et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal !

− Issa le réceptionniste devrait changer de métier ! C’est la première impression qu’on a lorsque qu’on arrive et malheureusement il a donné une mauvaise image au séjour ! Issa est impoli, pas souriant, ni arrangeant, ni gentil ! Nous avons été nombreux à faire ce même constat malheureusement… 45 min pour accueillir les gens, pas un bonjour ni un sourire. Il nous dit d’attendre sur le côté sans donner d’explications, et insiste pour que je règle le solde (370€ en cash!). J’ai attendu 1h30 d’avoir une serviette pour profiter de la piscine en attendant ma chambre, sans informations sans essayer de trouver une solution. Les autres sont tous très gentil c’est dommage que ce soit lui que l’on voit en premier.
