1.0I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. We arrived at the property around 11:30 PM after a long journey, and it took nearly 20 minutes at the front desk to verify our reservation. We were informed that our booking could not be found on Booking.com, which was unexpected and inconvenient at that hour. Eventually, a room was assigned, but we were told that the confirmed room category had a single bed, and if we required a double bed, we would need to pay an additional charge. The condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. There was a strong smell of smoke upon entry, and the overall hygiene was poor. The bathroom had cigarette buds, there was no handwash provided, and instead, a used shampoo pouch was left behind. The bed and sofa had visible stains and an unpleasant odor, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations of cleanliness, professionalism, or guest service. I would strongly recommend improvements in housekeeping standards, proper reservation management, and customer handling, especially for late-night arrivals.
− Late check-in was poorly handled with delays and booking confusion. Additional charges were demanded for basic room preferences. The room hygiene was unacceptable—smell of smoke, dirty bathroom with cigarette waste, no basic amenities like handwash, and stained, foul-smelling furniture.
Un-torrable staff behaviour

− The behaviour of staff as we went to kota on janmastmi all the staff members went on holifay that night and then there were very limited staff and it was very annoying. And the next day water in the bathroom went off and they were not ready to let us know when the water will come and after some time they told us that the water will come after 5:00 pm
