− It was a little cold in the cold evenings, so take a good dressing gown other than that. It was perfect

Absolutely appalling. Very dirty and most of the facilities broken.

The idea is really good, unfortunately it was very dirty, mould in the oven and ice machine, extremely used towels and the list can go on. The BBQ area was very muddy as the pigs broke the little wooden fence and they dugout the soil, nobody bothered to fix that.

− We were shocked to discover that the path to the tent is through the pigs pit which is extremely muddy. The swing was broken, the tent’s lock was broken, we rang and asked to be fixed, was promised next day someone will come to fix it and that didn’t happen. After we’ve read in one of the reviews that one of the tourists had to ring the police, we were afraid to leave our belongings in the tent so for 3 days we’ve had to carry out stuff to the car and back to the tent through a very muddy path. On first day we had to go and buy towels because the towels provided were extremely used ( please check photos).We’ve had an extremely bad experience and would never go back.

The staff were excellent once I raised the issue. They were understanding, professional and worked with me to find a solution. The upgraded accommodation was a huge improvement – much more comfortable, spacious and peaceful, and it completely changed the quality of the stay. Once moved, the rest of the trip was genuinely very enjoyable and relaxing.

− The first night was a very poor experience. The original tent felt far too small for comfort, and there was extremely loud music and partying nearby that continued until around 5am, making sleep almost impossible. There was also no effective way to get hold of anyone during the night to resolve the issue, which made it more frustrating. That first night was genuinely stressful and disappointing.
