I only marked the facilties low, as there was no bar or restaurant, but I knew this when booking. Lady who booked us in was excellent. Explained everything and was very helpful.

− Nothing I did not lke, it was exactly what we was expecting. Helpful staff, comfortable room, great postion for us. Would defo go back

− Parking One toilet roll Tea and coffee in the room was poor. Only one milk. Hairdryer that didn't work properly and hadn't been pak tested since 2012 No glasses in bathroom No toiletries (although it says there is on the booking) Reception greetings, you had to phone someone to come to reception, it took 15 minutes and 4 phone calls, this was very disconcerting. In general there was nobody there at any time. We checked out easily but left a jacket in the room, on return we couldn't find anyone, we looked everywhere and realised the only security was the cameras, if they worked? I do have low expectations when going away and these were met but we enjoyed the comfort of the room, the only saving grace.

Lovely clean room, very comfortable beds with good quality warm bedding. Spotlessly clean.

− A little cold in the evenings as heating not yet switched on, but room generally warm. Bedding super warm.

Bed for the night and nothing else, although Vivian was amazing!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Train station yards away from the hotel, 50 mins direct line into Waterloo and 3 mins to Windsor. Close to Ascot for the races and Wentworth for the golf - perfect location! We were moved to the hotel so didn't stay in the Cottage, the room was a good size, large bed and generally clean. Datchet is a pretty little village with shops, cafe's, Lebanese restaurant, pub and a fantastic Indian restaurant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Vivian, what a lovely lady she made us feel so welcome!

− The facilities in the hotel were poor, the downstairs areas aren't used, no bar, food etc which is a shame. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't have the room cleaned, had to ask for clean towels and empty our own bin. We weren't that bothered to be honest but don't expect hotel services as you won't get them! The hotel is tired and in needs of some money spending on it, it could be a beautiful place in a perfect location.. such a shame.

We arrived

− We arrived after 10pm to extremely loud music that continued onto about 2am. I booked the Manor Green cottage and that's not what I got. Terrible customer service

Douche werkte. Bed was naar behoren voor Engelse begrippen . Koffie thee ok, waterkoker ontbrak maar werd snel opgelost.

− 31 graden maar airco en koelkast deden het niet. Wifi signaal was erg slecht, dus geen bereik. Spoelbak wc deed het niet. Eigenaar niet bereikbaar. Het zou eigenaar sieren als hij compensatie geeft
