In relativ ruhiger Straße, nahe des Stadtzentrums von Aegina gelegen. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Hafenpromenade, ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum Fährhafen. Ein wenig Blick aufs Meer von der großen Terrasse aus. 2 Bäder, großer Wohnzimmerbereich (für uns, 2 Personen). Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

− -Lärm der Baufahrzeuge, die Erde auf- und abgeladen haben, immer wieder morgens, vom gegenüberliegenden Grundstück. Das hat das gemütliche auf der Terrasse den Kaffee trinken sehr beeinträchtigt. -Keine Terrassenmöbel auf der Seite der beiden Schlafzimmer. Somit konnte der Teil des Aussenbereiches nicht genutzt werden. -Einbau- Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer hat unangenehm gerochen.

Πολύ άνετο σπιτάκι, κοντά στο λιμάνι της Αίγινας. Ωραίοι χώροι και πολύ καθαρό, ιδανικό διότι έχει 2 μπάνια ευρύχωρα που είναι πολύ βολικό.

− Αυτό που θα άλλαζα είναι η τηλεόραση στο σαλόνι δεν έχει κανένα νόημα θα την μετέφερα στο δωμάτιο όπου θα χρησιμοποιηθεί σίγουρα αν θες κάποια στιγμή να χαλαρώσεις.

Es ist ein ungewöhnlich schönes, komfortables Haus. Die Lage ist gut, genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wurden rundherum sehr gut von Kate betreut. Sie ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen .

− Es war alles gut.

Locatie foarte curata,bine dotala situata intr o zona linistita a orasului la aproximativ 1 km de restaurante si magazine. Gradina cu arbori de fistic ,vedere la mare si pisicile iubitoare ale vecinei. Parcarea din curte cam greu accesibila pentru un SUV dar cu acordul vecinilor se poate parca in fata portii lor stada fiind foarte ingusta.

First I will need to mention our host Kate who was exceptional - from the moment we arrived to the moment we left - she gave us recommendations on what to visit/where to eat, was very friendly and always there if you had any question. You can really see the effort and care that is put into the apartment! I loved everything about the property, it was well maintained, lots of facilities & amenities offered as well. Felt so cozy and comfortable! Cleanliness level was superior in my opinion (coming from a little germophobe myself). Walkable distance from the port and the restaurants, 10 min drive to the Holy Monastery, beautiful scenery all around - the island is just magical. Would 1000% recommend to book this place, it was really one of a kind and thank you Kate for all your amazing hospitality.

It was bright and very accesible.
