Exceptional staff service, mesmerising village view and cozy rooms
9.0I stayed at the resort with my family and my parents during the Sinhala new year break . I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Young staff team is doing a great job and wearing smile on their face at all time . They have organised Sinhala new year breakfast menu and also new year festival game which were amazing . Myself and my family really enjoyed . During our 2 days stay we enjoyed all provided activities ( boating , horse riding, bike riding and site seeing) and all satisfied our expectations . I highly recommend Sueen Nature Resort because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. Will definitely visit the resort during my next holiday in Srilanka .
Disappointing
4.0Has a large sized pool, has a big garden, good for a group since has a big stadium and different activities. Doesn’t recommend for a couple
− Buffet area has no AC and its soooo hot, dinner is OK, but buffet is not worth for money
Full service in Green surroundings
