9.0There was a problem with our room before we arrive. However Andrea was proactive and help us get another accommodation on the same price. We had a wonderful stay
Excelentemente bien
Venice is beautiful
5.0The location was great, close to Rialto bridge and in a fun area.
− The room reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived and we had to air it out for a day before the smell cleared. Communication via phone and WhatsApp was a bit weird.
