9.0This place is in the middle of nowhere and we needed a place to stay on our way to Melbourne from Adelaide. Not much is around but I’ll tell you this - it’s delightful. It was clean and it had everything you would need. The beds and bedding were great, as were the towels. I actually thought the place was quite funky and charming. Don’t be afraid to book if you need a half way point too. You will not be disappointed. We stayed in cabin 1. Two bedrooms with four bunks in one. 👍🇨🇦
Oasis in the desert.
10.0Took me a few goes with my fat fingers to push the buttons but I got the keys. Place was fabulous. Have to admit.. we were a little dubious (i was thinking wolf creek..lol) when we arrived..expecting a caravan park.. but then realised this was Minyips fabulous idea to attract visitors. An allocated area edge of town newly built with all the caravan park facilities. We loved our cabin/shed. New, clean, beds were comfy. We took a walk around the wetlands. Loved the exercise equipment. The fire pit area was fabulous. We would definitely come and stay again
− Honestly we couldn't fault it. The only thing was I didn't see a hair dryer in the bathroom. I brought my own anyway so that was ok. It was a pity that the pubs were closed so there isn't anywhere to get a feed but we just drove 20 minutes to Warracknabeal and went to the pub and had a bistro meal there.
