− Only 1 thing it needs a downstairs toilet.
This was a perfect place for our son’s first trip!
10.0Location is excellent, the bedrooms are spacious, kitchen and living areas are huge and well equipped. Friendly host who made excellent recommendations. Car charging is simple and easy to use.

9.0Self Catering. Location nearly perfect, but perhaps a little further into Cornwall. However, facilities much above average and beautifully maintained. Lots of little 'touches'!
− Could have benefitted from a 'downstairs' WC, but purely a personal comment as I live in a Bungalow!
Excellent for families. Very clean and lots of space
10.0The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the table football, the garden to play in and double beds to themselves. Each bedroom had an ensuite. Steve was very welcoming and left a very thoughtful (and useful) hamper for us. Robes, slippers, bathroom products and all kitchen supplies provided. The house was a great base for exploring Cornwall and had an electric charging point which was incredibly helpful. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend it for families! There was so much space!
