Room ventilation could be better and room service like cleaning should be done daily

Good place to stay: good price for a double single room with private bathroom and fan. everything is clean(not easy to find it in India). The owner is very kind, helpful and respectable. I will recommend to book a room here, you will be safe and comfortable
