A comfy stay, with room for improvement
7.0- Modern and stylish. - Aircon is a plus. - For our needs the location was great. - I took a bigger room this time, which unlike the "Small Double Room" has a decent step or two for my elderly mother to use, to get into the room.
− - Arriving in the evening I could hear the neighboring guest's TV but figured it wouldn't bother too much... - I guess somebody complained because at 1AM in the morning the security had to come tell that same neighboring guest to quiet down as I myself even heard them slamming doors, speaking way too loud, and by now the TV was way louder as well. - While the shower is a nice size, the space around it to use the basin and toilet is extremely narrow. - The escutcheon plate around the shower tap is completely loose and gets in the way when trying to operate the tap. My elderly mother did not figure that out at the time and so inconveniently ended up having to shower at a neighboring unit. - This is the second time I've lodged here, with a different unit this time, and in both times the toilet seat was loose and sliding around. This, as well as the previous point makes it clear that small maintenance matters require some attention around this venue. - The one device's remote did not have batteries at all. Surely someone should be checking these things — I don't see why guests should have to swap batteries between remotes to be using them. - The room was booked for two adults, but besides the small towel there was only one large towel. Surely guests aren't intended to share towels?

− The pillows and the sheets were dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock. The tv was not working, we finally called the staff to come help switch it on but they also failed
