Grazie San Mauro Castelverde: una sorpresa!
8.0Il punto di forza è la posizione: il delizioso borgo di San Mauro Castelverde a più di 1000 mt e dove il tempo scorre lentamente; la vista sulle Madonie; la costa tirrenica a 20 minuti; le favolose Gole di Tiberio con escursione in gommone; la pace e il silenzio della sera accompagnati dal gracidio delle rane. Grazie a Nino per la disponibilità, gli utili consigli e la prontezza di risposta. Grazie anche alla dolcissima mamma :)
− Ho scoperto durante il tragitto che Castelbuono è limitrofo solo "in linea d'aria", ma a ben 40 minuti di auto, per via delle colline in mezzo. Poco male perché, a confronto, ha vinto la tranquillità del borgo antico, genuino e incontaminato ;)

Good for longer stay, clean and very well equipped
10.0I’ve got the upper room (green&blue) with the balcony and view at the mountains. It’s like an apartment upstairs. Downstairs is the corridor and the rooms downstairs were locked. Upstairs is the green room, kitchen and a bathroom. So it was perfect. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything was functional and well maintained. The road to the property is easy and 90% of it is very wide. Parking next to the street on a concrete patch. Heating was working very well. Water was hot. The host speaks english. Mattress and sheets seems new and are comfortable. One thing that bothered me were the sounds of the house and windows when wind was strong during the night. First night I was scared but then I’ve used to it because it’s on a hill and a huge mountain valley is below so the wind can be strong.
