Great apartment - awesome equipped - bad neighbors
8.0The apartment itself is great, and leaves not much to be desired. It is spacious, it comes with a lot of kitchen equipment (some of which is completely new). It's nice to have sheets and towels provided. There were extra towels in the bathroom drawer. I found a cool bag which we used for the beach. The interior is clean, and cleaning equipment is also available. I liked that there are a lot of cupboards and storage spaces - even a distinct cupboard for shoes. There is gimmicks like color change LED lamps and the decoration is aesthetic. Supermarkets are close by. Queen Beach and Nin center are a 10 minutes walk away. Decide for yourself if that's to far for you.
− The drain in the shower got clogged. Wrote the owner, but did not get a response. Wasn't fixed till I left. Helped myself by buying pipe cleaner. The village main road is just one block away and much busier than I expected. So there there is traffic noise from 5am to 11pm. The view from the balcony could be better. Right in front of it is a company which seems to work in the public energy sector. There is electric cables and insulators everywhere. Looking like a junk yard. But, what annoyed me the most were the neighbors. All the buildings in the surrounding area are apartments of long time residents, mainly Germans. They really emphasized the fact that they are owners, spreading the atmosphere that they are superior to you. Once my children got up at 6, being really noisy, cause lacking sleep. Which got me a yelled at by one of the neighbors at the front door. Threatening me that he will call the agency and get me kicked out. That really killed our mood that day.
