10.0Ottima struttura, poco lontana da Treia. Camera confortevole, molto apprezzata la presenza di cucina e frigorifero come pure, la possibilità di mettere al coperto le bici. Disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario

10.0Ho prenotato con un collega perché avevo un servizio fotografico in un ristorante lì vicino e sapevo avrei fatto tardi e non volevo tornare in sede all'alba. Prima del check in sono stato contattato dallo staff per sapere l'orario di arrivo (che, mea culpa, ho ritardato ben due volte). Il check-in è stato rapido e cordiale, la camera era pulitissima anche se di ridotte dimensioni, dotata dell'essenziale per una notte. Vista incantevole sulle colline maceratesi, strada periferica lontano da ogni rumore. Aria condizionata ma niente frigo per acqua di cortesia, ma nessun problema in questo senso. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale. Merita il massimo punteggio. Grazie mille da Tribeca Studio.

Soggiorno breve ma consiglio
8.0La struttura si vede che è nuova. Camera spaziosa e super pulita. Angolo relax in condivisione molto utile per soggiorni prolungati da la possibilità di poter anche cucinare in autonomia.
− Non è che non mi sia piaciuto, ma è più un appunto. Prodotti per il bagno, shampoo e bagnoschiuma cambierei prodotti. Le buste erano peggio delle casseforti di sicurezza di fort knox. Bar il giorno dopo non aveva praticamente quasi niente di scelta se non crostate e biscotti già preconfezionati. Sono sicuro del fatto che essendo una struttura in una posizione un po isolata ha poco senso prendere troppa roba, ma sapendo che ci sono delle persone, qualche salato o brioche si potevano prendere.
