7.0A casa é muito linda, principalmente a zona exterior à beira da piscina.
− A casa necessita de uma limpeza a fundo. Deixo também um alerta para futuros visitantes, há uma quantidade absurda de abelhas e vespas, aconselho velas de citronela.

8.0Piscina, calma e sossego, óptimo para uns dias de descanso. É uma casa de campo, antiga, no meio do Monte, com as suas vantagens e desvantagens, longe de tudo que, ainda assim, recomendo.
− Ausência de uma churrasqueira, ainda que exista um grelhador a carvão.

4.0The property has great potential but our family was very disappointed.
− It had rodent (mice) and bug problems inside the house and droppings throughout. We were not provided with enough bath towels and the owner should consider providing pool towels. The pool was dirty and had algae bugs swimming with us. The pool deck has ants overwhelming us and they were huge.
