Heel rustig en stil om te slapen. Af en toe blaft ‘s avonds wel eens een hond. Het was zalig om op het strand te zitten. Mooi uitzicht en vlakbij het centrum.

Location on the beach. You can't swim right in front of the cottage, there is a port for small boats and a volleyball court, but the beach is right next door.

− It is more of a cottage than a house situated on the beach, very modestly furnished, there is not even a full wardrobe available, only open shelves.. The bed is very narrow one and a half beds. The biggest problem is the access to the cottage, which is only from the beach on the sand or along a narrow path. You have to carry all your bags across the sand, from the road around the corner.. Some houses in this location have a front garden and access from the other street, this one does not.

La posizione è perfetta, i servizi ottimi ed ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, niente è lasciato al caso. Pur non essendo amanti del mare questa soluzione è l'ideale sia con bambini piccoli che adolescenti, vicino al centro e con l'ingresso direttamente dalla spiaggia, cosa volere di più?

La posizione vicino al centro di Follonica e vicino al supermercato Conad. E la disponibilità di poter usufruire di un ombrellone con 2 sedie a sdraio che abbiamo posizionato di fronte alla casetta.

− Purtroppo l’aria condizionata non era funzionante anche se tempestivamente è arrivato un tecnico ma il problema non era risolvibile fino al lunedì. Quindi nonostante anche la gentilezza della proprietaria ma siamo dovuti stare tre giorni senza poter usufruire dell’aria condizionata. Ho chiesto tramite booking un piccolo rimborso parziale per il disagio, visto l’importo pagato a notte, ma solo la serietà di booking come operatore si è subito reso disponibile in tal senso.

Tolles Apartment, aber leider ohne Herzblut geführt

Die tolle Lage des Apartments direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Loggia ist ein Traum - von dort lässt es sich herrlich das Treiben am Strand beobachten. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, so dass wir uns auch drinnen wohlgefühlt haben. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in Follonica sehr genossen.

− Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mäßig und teilweise defekt. Die Dunstabzugshaube war offensichtlich schon länger kaputt. Der Wasserkocher schaltet sich nicht mehr selbst ab, so dass der Plastikgriff rasch heiß wird. Für die Spüle gab es keinen Abflussstopfen, so dass wir unser Geschirr in einem großen Topf reinigen mussten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung fand ausschließlich schriftlich statt, ohne dass wir auch nur einen Namen erfahren hätten. Wir wurden gebeten, ein Formular für die Anmeldung auszufüllen, dann würden wir auch viele tolle Tipps zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Dies ist nicht erfolgt. Unsere Frage, welche Straßen sich fürs Parken eignen könnten, haben wir erst nach nochmaligen Nachhaken eine Antwort bekommen. Am Ende habe ich darüber informiert, dass der Wasserkocher nicht mehr in Ordnung ist und nachts ein Teil der an der Wand angeklebten Dekoration heruntergefallen ist - keinerlei Reaktion.
