Most horrifying stay.
1.0I have enjoyed my stay here on earlier occasions but this time the experience was horrible.There were bugs in the bed and we had a harrowing time spending the night.The staff is entirely clueless and untrained. No supervisor/senior at the desk to complain to. We preferred this hotel because of its location but after this I doubt I’ll ever check in there again.

5.0I stayed there for three days.. for two days there is water problem in some rooms , they took one and half day to solve the issue.. Rest is good
− They need to improve cleanliness in wash rooms and living area..

− Maintenance is zero. The bed and bedsheets were in shabby conditions. I informed the staff that I'm vacating the hotel early in the morning at 4.30. But, no water in the bathroom even a single drop of water is not available. I approached the room boy with only the available staff, who was sleeping and did not respond. Due to my time constraints I vacated the room without freshen up. The worst accommodation

9.0The hotel was just 7 km fro. Swaminarayan Temple nad was well.maintained. the prices were competitive and reasonable.. maybe due to competition in the city.no complaints
