− No signage to area. The little available is not visible. We got lost terribly. GPS wasn’t helpful. Muddy area for parking. Too expensive for the service. Food items on menu not available. Do not charge for meals upfront. Guests miss your own stipulated times and no refunds. Upholstery on seats torn- long time ago.

10.0Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön mit Blick auf den Fluss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist lecker. Bootstour und Safari starten direkt am Hotel. Die ganze Anlage ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet.
− Leider kann man nur Vollpension buchen. Wir hätten lieber Halbpension gehabt.
