1.0Nothing, I ended up canceling my booking with booking.com and staying somewhere else. Thus place was gross.
− Everything. They don't give you a key, I had to ask for one. The kitchen was a nightmare, there was hair under the sheets of my bed like someone slept in it and just made up the covers before I arrived. I also waited 30 minutes before to be let in because no one was around. Apparently they're closed on Mondays yet I was still able to make a booking on Monday. There was also a guy smoking in his room next to mine. I had to tell him to stop because I could smell everything. There was also stuff in the drawers left over from when someone else stayed there.

− The room wasn't upto standard or health codes of the new Zealand hotel authority, no clean facilities to use, and the other occupants were rude, obnoxious and terrible to stay around I request a full refund

− No towel despite being advertised as having towel. Manager said it was a backpacker thing. Toilet was filthy, had random insect and rubbish in it. Toilet bowl had a stench. Bed was broken.
