Overall I would not stay at this place again unless I knew there was at minimum newer bedding and the hot water working.
3.0Location was great being walkable to downtown. Clean room.
− The small full sized bed was the worst and was very old and very uncomfortable. The shower barely got warm to use. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging.

− The ad described a 1 bedroom apartment. This unit is not an apartment, nor is it a 1 bedroom. It is merely a hotel room. The described sitting area is a very small table with two chairs. The living room depicted in the add is in another building and is a common area shared by all of the units. So, if it is in use, you are out of luck for a sitting area. I wish this was better clarified in the advertising and that the picture on the ad had depicted the actual room we stayed in. If so, I would have chosen other accommodations. We needed a true bedroom and the ability to close the bedroom door, and we needed a sitting area for visitors during our stay. It was awkward.
Room was perfect for my impromptu weekend getaway! Drove 4 miles to Honeymoon Island each day!! ❤️

8.0− There were not enough pool towels out for all those staying which was likely due to the holiday weekend. Upon arrival our AC was not working. We did email and were told to reset the unit. When we came back from dinner and fireworks, the unit was working. We don't know if the owners fixed the problem or it just started working again.
Cozy Cottage
10.0Having the living room area to spend with friends but having your own private bedroom and bathroom. It was quiet. It was close to the quaint Dunedin shopping/restaurant area.
