4.0Hade det varit rent och fläkten i köket fungerar så hade vi kunnat trivats. Poolkillen gjorde sitt bästa att få ordning på poolen men blev aldrig riktigt bra.
− Det var väldigt smutsigt. Vi bad om städning direkt när vi checkade in men killen som tvättade golven gjorde det slarvigt och gick in med skorna( drog in mer smuts). Toaletterna fungerade dålig och stank från avloppen. Fläkten I köket fungerade inte så vi kunde inte laga mat på hela veckan ( vilket vi hade tänkt göra med hela familjen samlad). Detta förstörde mycket för oss. Det fanns en halvt fungerande golvfläkt men den räckte inte till.

− 不太能理解为什么电费还要住宿的人承担，而且这个视频定完了，住的前一天才告知我！卫生也不会每天过来打扫，需要自己主动联系
