The staff at this resort are so friendly, and the facilities are fantastic! A huge pool table, table tennis and tennis court. They even have a boxing ring! The gym is next level. It has every piece of equipment you could want for a workout, lots of floor space to work out, beautifully serviced and clean. Fresh cold, frozen hand towels, fresh fruit, cardio equipment, yoga mats. Some people don't like gymming on holidays. This gym is that good, it'd be a crime not to go every day! There is an amazing 1.2km jogging track around the resort which is amazing to run. And the pool is crazy big. When we were there it was low season, so we had it to ourselves most days. There's heaps of deck chairs too and fresh pool towels. The breakfast is incredible. They make waffles, pancakes, crepes for you fresh, and fresh juices, eggs, omelettes etc. There is everything you could think of for breakfast. Little chia puddings. Pastries. Cereals, fruits, fresh juices. The rooms are incredibly beautiful. The bedding is so comfortable I would have loved to buy some if I wasn't travelling. And the bathroom was stunning, 5x bigger than my bathroom at home! We got to have a free 1 hour golf lesson which was awesome and also went sailing, both were amazing experiences. The beach is beautiful. There's an abundance of deck chairs, and the water was a perfect temperature. There was a different dinner available every night eg Wrap night where you paid a set price. It was reasonably priced in terms of it being in a resort but our budget was a little different. We ate at the street markets or local eateries which are walkable or easily accessible by Grab. I would definitely return to Santiburi Koh Samui!

− This is not a complaint but just so people are aware. Santiburi had the free golf lesson, free sailing lesson included which was amazing. But it's only on 1 day a week so eg if golf was Tuesday and you weren't staying there on a Tuesday you wouldn't get to enjoy that. Also it would be an added bonus if there was something every day like free yoga as lots of resorts do offer things like that.

The property is located in a very amazing location. The beach is very nice calm and quiet. It’s a beautiful place to visit. Cleanliness of the resort was good and the breakfast was great.

− The room service was not up to the standard of a five star resort. Even though the management of the resort looked committed but still it’s the small things that matter the most. One day you feel special and the other day it’s like okay we are just another guest. They have a rigid policy regarding late check out and they are not flexible regarding it. And on the last night a letter from the front office mentioning the following policy as reminder that sounded a bit ridiculous.
