5.0− Non mi è piaciuto che con i gestori era stato accordato come orario di check in le 16:00 e all’ultimo ci hanno detto che avevano avuto dei ritardi con la pulizia e che quindi la stanza non era ancora pronta. Non hanno saputo dirci neanche un’ora indicativa di quando avremmo potuto effettivamente entrare, facendoci aspettare ben 3 ore. Una volta entrate la stanza non era pulita o quanto meno non del tutto c’era il letto un po’ disfatto e altre cose non del tutto pulite. Quindi se il ritardo era dovuto alla pulizia non abbiamo capito come mai poi non fosse effettivamente pulito. Abbiamo mandato loro foto che provavano che non era a posto la stanza e non hanno dato alcuna risposta, hanno ignorato il messaggio. Lo stesso hanno fatto quando abbiamo reclamato uno sconto al prezzo o di poter fare il check out un po’ più tardi per recuperare le ore che avevamo pagato ma che non abbiamo potuto “usare” per via del loro ritardo. Non hanno rimediato in alcun modo. Detto ciò della stanza ci è piaciuta molto la posizione che è estremamente centrale e comoda per qualsiasi cosa.

− Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, die Dachfenster waren nicht zu öffnen und die Beschattung dieser hat nicht funktioniert. Es war grauenhaft heiß!

− No funcionaba el ventilador en ola de calor. Tampoco las luces. No había mando para la TV. No daban solución a nada solo largas. Horno sucio al llegar
