− Pigūs, nepatogūs baldai. Sena skalbimo mašina kuri leidžia vandenį ir garsą ant viso namo. Pelėsis ant sienos. Mažas vandens šildytuvas, kai naudoji vandenį virtuvėje, negali naudoti tuo pačiu metu duše. Šeimininkams reikėtų suprasti, jog nuomojamame būste netinka bet kas, bet kaip, sena, nereikalinga.
