food and staff are great. really welcoming and family style.

− facilities are quite basic than below basic. the whole camp has seen better times before and has actually a very good basis. runs partly solar powered but mainly annoying deal genset with no power in the night anymore. why not using battery storage. easy! the bar was completely under equipped and has nothing to offer. the few coke and whiskey sold was completely overprided for service & quality. the stuff seems not to have the possibility to buy and change some to make it better. but rather plays loud music all night long with little chance to relax and chill. no chill-out area with hamoks or similar, which however would be super easy to make.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt zu zweit in einem Bungalow! Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Lagune, sodass wir in 1min zum kiten in der Lagune waren. Das Essen ist super, die Essenszeiten waren flexibel. Das Personal war einfach fantastisch, Ousamma und all die anderen (Tarik, Mohammed, Abdul, Josep etc.)behandelten uns, als wären wir Teil der North Lagoon Familie, so herzlich, immer zuvorkommend und ein "Nein" gibt es praktisch nicht. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! Danke an das Team für eine unvergessene Woche bei euch🤩

Magnífico el trato del personal, especialmente Osama. Nos ayudaron mucho durante nuestra estancia. La comida es excepcional y muy abundante. Ideal para los amantes de Kitesurf. Nos llevaron a la duna blanca y fue todo inolvidable.

Beautiful location Good place to stop if you don’t want to go right into Dakhla. Nice dog.

− Meals are served ridiculously late, dinner not finished by 11pm, breakfast just getting started at 10am. No power throughout the night, and no warning that you’d wake up and not be able to see. This happens every night so clients should be warned to keep a torch with them. No water throughout the night, cold water in the day. Loud generator behind room until 1am. Beer €6, water €2. Absolutely nowhere to buy any supplies. Food served as they like it, if you don’t like fish you’re in trouble because it’s every course. Room door banging in the wind all night, was told to stuff it with toilet paper. This became very annoying after two days. Worst place I’ve stayed for the money in 3 months of over landing. It looks great, but it’s empty of what is needed for a comfortable stay. I left without being washed and feeling completely drained. I couldn’t even leave at 6am as intended because I couldn’t see to pack my belongings. No internet apart from in the bar, I’ve spent €10 on an eSIM during my stay.

UN VRAI SANS FAUTE !! Du début à la fin tout a été absolument parfait ! Le personnel de l’hôtel est adorable, aux petits soins, ils ont rendus notre séjour encore mieux. La nourriture est juste WAHOU ! L’emplacement est parfait aussi ! Les chambres ont une super vue sur la lagune ! On a déjà hâte d’y retourner ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour et leur aide.
