9.0Het terras waar we altijd gezellig buiten konden eten. Een goeie winkel aan de overkant van de straat om onze eten te kopen. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam.

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage, nette Vermieter!
9.0Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Zentrum von Quarttu Sant’Elena und dem Strand, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit Bus oder Auto kommt man schnell nach Cagliari oder an die umIiegenden Strände. Als Eingangsbereich gibt es eine grosse überdachte Terasse mit Esstisch und vielen Stühlen (Ausrichtung nach Westen). Den etwas kleineren zweiten Balkon (Ost) erreicht man vom Schlafzimmer aus. Dort befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine, sogar ein Aussenwaschbecken ist vorhanden und ein weiterer kleiner Sitzbereich. Die Wohnküche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett bequem und die Dusche super. Auch wenn es schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Parkplatz im Innenhof war ein riesiger Vorteil und ganz wichtig, die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns bei Problemen sofort geholfen, vielen Dank!

10.0Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, proprietario molto disponibile. Spiaggia del Poetto, lunga chilometri, facilmente raggiungibile dotata di parcheggi, spiagge attrezzate e spiagge libere in gran quantità.

10.0This place was even better than we imagined. It had all the little details that made it feel extra special — from the cozy setup to the thoughtful touches around the home. We had everything we needed and more, and it truly felt like our own space. It was so comfortable and welcoming that we honestly didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!
