10.0We enjoyed the silence and remoteness of the place: Sitting on the terrace, the view to the lake (which is not far and the beach /access there is quite nice), the mountains, the pool and green area. The rooms have been clean and modern, as well as the bath. We sleep very good (beds were great). The breakfast was Italian sweet (I loved the brioches) , the coffee great and when you wanted something else like eggs or ham, you just had to ask.
− The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool the way it would have deserved-so - nothing to complain in regards to the villa :-)

10.0Stunning location with lake view. We came to Villa Athena Charme for a bachelorette party and we couldn’t have chosen a better location! Andrea and Giovanni are wonderful hosts, always available to accomodate our requests and exceed our expectations. The amenities were great and the rooms were wonderful, spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I suggest this location to everyone! I will definitely come back again!
