8人で利用。人数分きちんとしたベッド🛏️が用意されていました。 キッチン、リビングも広く、みんなでわちゃわちゃ楽しく料理、食事出来ました。 ソファ🛋️もありくつろげました。 炊飯器ありで、新潟の美味しいお米が頂けました❣️ 洗濯機も綺麗なドラム式乾燥機付き、スポーツ後の洗濯も問題なく処理できました。 外観は昭和な建物ですが、部屋の中は、リフォームされ、今時な間取り！トイレも1.2階に有り便利です。

− レースのカーテンが無いところや、付いていても、薄くて外から部屋の中が丸見えになるようでしたので、昼間でもカーテンが開けられなかったです。 調理器は2口のIHで、魚も焼けるグリルが付いて、良かったのですが、グリルの中が未清掃だった事が残念。 あとお風呂も綺麗で良かったのですが、椅子が無いのが残念。

食器が一通り揃っていて、友人と楽しく料理が出来ました。 また、寝室に各部屋1台ずつテレビが設置されており夜の時間も楽しめました。 設備が充実していて、快適に過ごせました。

− ゴミ箱の中には前の宿泊者のゴミが残っており、アメニティも前任者の使いかけのものが置かれている状態でした。 さらに、風呂場も濡れていて、清掃が十分に行き届いていない印象を受けました。 チェックインしたのは20時頃でしたが、そこから1時間ほど経った頃に、オーナーの方が来てゴミやアメニティを補充してくれましたが、本来ならチェックイン時間の16時までには準備を完了してほしかったです。 清掃代として約4千円払っていると考えると少し残念に感じました。
