5.0The town is beautiful and the hotel was close by the local store.
− The roof of the hotel is terrible and in poor condition causing debris to be everywhere including on your vehicle. I had an issue with my door lock and ended up having to fix it myself due to lack of staff or assistance. When the message was responded to I got a simple the humidity causes issues with the doors and locks. No apology for the inconvenience, lack of response, or a thank you for repairing it. We had to ask for an exchange of towels because no service was given during our entire stay and had to take out our own trash to prevent it from over filling in the tiny bathroom trash can. Hair was also found on the wall of the bathroom in our room. I loved the small town and knew we would be getting an older style room but did not expect it to come with absolutely no service at all.
