Basic room that is ok for a night's halt at Kollam
8.0Very basic, but met my needs. Free car park, short drive to some good restaurants towards Kollam beach. Room on ground floor had good air-conditioning, decent beds, bath with no issues, no noise. Friendly staff too. There is a small convenience store right opposite.
Overall good for solo traveller and single day trip.

− They must use phenyl to prevent cockroaches in bathroom drains. The room needs a night light.

− They didnt allot the confirmed rooms though I reached at 10AM with family.They said there is no vacant rooms and even didn't know about my banking 😕 Then what is the meaning of advance booking.
