7.0Very close to the Estern Gate of the National Park, spacious rooms, very helpful staff - we booked all 4 days of our adventure beforehand.
− 没有任何厨房用具，除了一个烧水壶，连盘子、杯子、勺子、叉子、筷子、煎锅和锅都没有。甚至连一杯咖啡都没法做。 There were not any kitchen utensils except for a kettle, no plates, no cups, no spoons, no forks, no sticks, no frying pans, no pots. So you cannot make even a cup of coffee.

− К сожалению сантехника вся старая и не исправная. В ванной смеситель весь разболтанный и не функционирует нормально. Так же проблема с душевым гарнитуром, все расшатано и отваливается. Горячая вода не постоянная, то течет, то нет, во время приема душа вода может пойти холодной, потом горячей.
Had a lovely time at the Cozy Boutique Hotel
10.0It was in a great location for the East gate of the Zhangjiajie national park. It was clean, cozy and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond helping me to recover my cash and AirPods when I forgot them at the hotel, sending them to my next hotel via courier at low cost. They sold coffee open from 7am.
− No, but be aware that the building is called ‘Two Girls Inn’.
Make sure to check the tickets for the East gate are still available!

− Bathrooms are really badly done. WC’s are in the room with just a glass door.
