I especially appreciate how your staff treated my elderly father with kindness, patience, and respect. The Front Desk Staff specially Mr. Hadnain the hygiene, The location, The food, and the Garden in the back yard was lovely. We have stayed in several place in the past but this Heaven Hotel in Astana was the best in terms with the 24 hour hot water and electricity The staff was absolutely friendly and very hospitable

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Heaven Astana, Skardu! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm hospitality and spotless cleanliness to the delicious food and beautiful location. A special thanks to Mr. Zain at the front desk, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. He truly went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome and comfortable. The entire team deserves recognition for their exceptional service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Hotel Heaven Astana to anyone visiting Skardu. I will definitely be returning!

とても素敵なホテルでした ホテルの設備は整っていて、尚且つ清潔でした またシャワーでは温かいお湯を使用することができました ホテルのオーナーさんはとても親切な方です 私はチェックイン当日にhunzaという街からこのホテルがあるスカルドゥの街へ移動したのですが、交通手段などを親身になって相談に乗ってくれました このおかげで無事にホテルに到着することができました またオーナーさんの粋な計らいにより、冷たい砂漠へ連れてってもらいました そこで満点の星空を見ることができ、素敵な体験をすることができました 私が滞在したのはほんの短い時間でしたが、最高の思い出になりました またスカルドゥへ旅行する際はぜひこのホテルを利用したいです It was a really lovely hotel. The hotel was well-equipped and very clean. I was also able to take a hot shower. The hotel owner is a very kind person. I traveled from the town of Hunza to Skardu, where this hotel is located, on the day of check-in, and he kindly helped me figure out my transportation options. Thanks to his help, I was able to arrive at the hotel safely. Also, thanks to the owner’s thoughtful gesture, he took me out to the cold desert. There, I was able to see a star-filled sky and had a wonderful experience. Although my stay was very short, it became a wonderful memory. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again when I travel to Skardu.

Everything was good. We absolutely loved our stay. Hotel, food, service was perfect. Overall staff were nice and very cooperative. Would definitely recommend everyone to choose heaven hotel for a enjoyable yet comfortable stay.
