die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsseltresor am Haus war unproblematisch und einfach. Das Haus hatte ein renoviertes Badezimmer nach dem neustem Standard. Die Einrichtung war auch gegenüber anderen Häusern auf einem neueren Stand. Das Haus war sauber und hatte im hinteren Bereich ein abschließbaren Schuppen, in dem aussreichend Platz zum abstellen von Fahrrädern ect. war. Die Nahversorger in der Nähe sind aussreichend.
