10.0Tesis şehir merkezinde her yere yürüyerek 10 dk mesafedeydi, ev sahibi çok ilgili ve kibardı. Tesis fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Balkonu çok ferah ve genişti. Ev sahibinin Tesiste bizim için ikram olarak şarap bırakması da ayrıca düşünceli bir davranıştı.
