8.0Grei beliggenhet med flere av byens fasiliteter i gangavstand. Lite støy ifra naboleilighetene. Leiligheten har stort sett det meste en trenger for ei lita ukes overnatting. Rent og pent.
− Vi hadde gledet oss til å benytte badekaret, men her var sluken litt ekkel og der var heller ikke propp. Savner ellers et tørkestativ, da det er klesvaskmuligheter i kjelleren, men ingen sted å henge opp - foruten på kleshengere.

− Surcoût à payer pour le chien qui n’était pas préciser sur Booking. Code de la boîte à clef qui n’était pas le bon. Obligé d’appeler pour avoir le bon code

As much expensive as poor the service is
1.0− Myriad of instructions — don’t do this, go there, don’t forget this, do this etc. But people come here for leisure and don’t want to spend time on figuring out all these steps

6.0− It’s a lot of things we didn’t like in property. - Damage fee. Didn’t see it before arriving and we added an early check in for 25€ more and just didn’t have an access because we didn’t pay a damage fee. Was a big problem because we had only cash so after we find 80€ which is non return. - After paying a damage fee it turned that one heater was broken 🤡. Why are you taking a damage fee and have a heating issues? Outside whether was 10 degrees it was much better outside then inside. Paying 600€ all in all I don’t expect to sleep in cold - Stupid system of support line. In phone is AI on WhatsApp nothing answer on booking was slow. - So one night we was sleeping in cold and we was trying to reach some one before sleeping and after calling a Booking support they told that they will bring a portable heater next day. THANKS COME AND SLEEP IN YOUR COLD FLAT ! NOTHING WAS MANAGED ! NO PROPOSE FOR CHANGING THE FLAT NOTHING!!!! - yeah and work with your time management we are not siting in your cold flat 24/7 waiting a heater. Told to bring a heater before 11 they bring it almost 11:40)
