− Smell very badly, and the hotel looks like deteriorated
Overall quite disappointing, despite the friendly staff.
4.0Nice cosey public bar. Secure parking for our bikes. Bedroom was warm.
− This pub/hotel feels very much in need of an update and some serious money to refurbish it. The bedroom was big enough but very old fashioned and the ensuite was very poor. The flush on the toilet had to be pumped many times to get it to work, then took 15 minutes to refill. The shower hardly managed to get any water through at all, then it was only tepid after waiting for 10 minutes.
