1.0Read section what I didn't like got idea.
− Dispute at property for room choice even no of rooms were vacant. No GST bill provided after doing 3 4 followups and takes full amount including GST. Mark online as no show but I checkin hotel.. I am from incometax department and ll show property soon what could happen when you not cut gst bill on time.. one booking can take you 5 years of booking investigation. Initiate the enquiry is in my hand but post you have to deal with it.
I think we could have booked better place than this..

− We didn't liked anything.. food was not good... Room we stinky.... Bathroom was big. But it didn't had hot water facility 😕... They don't have proper staff...

9.0They cancelled our confirmed reservation instead of talking to them twice to let them know that we will arrive late in the evening because of a traffic accident. Anyway they arranged our stay in a different hotel, and charged Rs.1000/- more per night. We fought a lot after a tiring 10 hr road trip for hours, and managed to pay the original booking price eventually.
− The new hotel was not ready for service. Huge spider on top of the bathtub. The bathroom door got locked and could not be opened from inside. I was locked in for more than 1/2 hr before being rescued by a smily faced stuff who knew that the button on the inside lock get stuck. The bedroom was big, and the bed was beautiful. Nice set up, except for the bathroom where the mirror was not even cleaned.
