− Не было пылесоса, посудомойки, старая посуда ( сковородка постоянно пригорала) когда на долгое время в отпуске это не удобно. Старая стиральная машинка. Нет запасных полотенец и постельного белья. Диван в гостиной с плохим матрасом, спать очень неудобно

9.0Gefallen hat uns die Grösse der Wohnung und die Ausstattung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Damit wir die Wohnung gut funden konnten, schickten sie uns ein Video, das war super.
− Leider ist die Wohnung gegen Norden gebaut, so hatten wir keine Sonne auf dem Balkon.

8.0We felt great in this apartment. I liked that it has separate sleeping and living areas; the kitchen is well equipped; fast internet; possibility to park a car in the garage.
− I have a few recommendations for the hosts: - replace teflon kitchen utilities as they are a health hazard - be more proactive with check in instructions. Usually it is expected that the host sends instructions as a first touchpoint - ensure toilet paper is enough for guests for the entire stay. It’s a basic need - ask upfront if guests need the parking slot in the garage and instruct them how to find it - replace the synthetic blankets with the ones of a natural fabric (cotton, wool). With the synthetic ones we were sweating at night If you do the above you would be a round 10 ⭐️ accommodation! Good luck!
