5.0Parking, WiFi, layout and living/bedroom room size. Communication with owner.⁰ Close to public park.
− Cleanliness to be desired. Squeaky floorboards from the above apartment. Deep clean required, carpet in living room ingrained muck and the chair in the living room was stained bad, particularly on the arms. Outside bench needs replacing. One chipped mug, one cracked mug. All the mugs needed cleaning on arrival. Inner lobby door lock faulty. (Don't lock it). Toilet brush handle is broke. Bed linen didn't smell fresh. Recommend two fitted sheets. New tap in kitchen. New door handles on main door, (Limp). On main road. Somethings cannot be overcome but most mentions are a cheap fix.

− Slightly damp smell in property, duvet that was for the sofa bed smelt damp along with pillows that were in the wardrobe.
Second year at the accommodation and will be going again next year.
9.0We have 2 dogs and its straight opposite a lovely park so spot on for us. From the accommodation its a 10 minute walk onto the front and the same into the town and 5 minute walk to the nearest pub with a beer garden. A Tesco local, fish & chip shop & kebab shop 2 minutes away so all in all a perfect location.

8.0Comfy bed 🛏️ and generally clean and didn't find it noisy seems a nice area Great location for a nice coffee etc at the cafe and to pop to the park across road
− Missing a dishcloth or sponge for washing pots or wiping table if you eat scruffy broken gate outside and not secure for the little doggy. No coffee or tea for guests when they arrive after a long journey spiders put me off having a shower so I tried to wash in the sink but it wasn't great very slow to fill 🤣
Perfect home to home
10.0Second time to stay for a holiday. Very comfortable and clean. Parking is a bonus. Easy walk to beach and town. Look forward to be back next time.
