− El primer día que llegamos no había agua en la habitación y no pudimos ducharnos. Nos dijeron que el tinaco no estaba lleno y que había que esperar a que se llenara. Al día siguiente había agua, pero no agua caliente. Además, una de las luces de la habitación no funcionaba y hubo que encender la lámpara. Al día siguiente, otra vez no había agua y tuvimos que irnos sin ducharnos. La relación calidad precio es horrible
El personal muy amable pero no viene el desayuno incluido, y el precio es un poco caro para las condiciones.

I recommend this hotel, very affordable and close to the beach.
6.0The Staffs were very friendly. I felt kind of unsfafe because I arrived late night and ilumination of the facility was low. But after talking with customer services they resolved all for me and that was ok. Room is a decent place and look ok based on the price I paid, not expecting luxury. The place is very close to the beach, you can take 2 minutes walking to reach the shore.
− The air-conditioning did not work as expected, did not resolved the very hot issues that day. But they have ceiling fan and regular fans so that kind of work me.

10.0Hotel staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. The beach is gorgeous, clean and nearly untouched by any other visitors, even during semana santa. The food was delicious.

− Mala atención, lo deteriorado del lugar, no había agua en el tercer piso, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien, la habitación deluxe tiene una cama muy pequeña.
