Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. C’è tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. La posizione è ottima: una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata al centro e alle principali attrazioni. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano una fermata dell’autobus e un supermercato, rendendo gli spostamenti molto comodi. Inoltre, un taxi per il centro storico di Perugia costa circa 18 euro. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, sempre disponibili e pronti a rispondere rapidamente a qualsiasi domanda. Grazie per l’ospitalità! Saremmo felici di tornare e consigliamo questo alloggio a tutti.

The hosts will walk in unannounced.

− The hosts and their uncertainties. I made the reservation for a friend. It was almost 100° fahrenheit (38c) and the unit had no air conditioning. So, I setup a portable air conditioner for my friend to use. On day one the hosts asked me for €5 a day to cover the extra energy cost from running the air conditioner. We paid it but then she wanted €10 a day for energy. The next day the hosts barged in, unannounced, and demanded €20 a day. We left!!! After leaving, we were accused of not returning the keys. The hosts harassed me on whatsapp to the point where I had to block them.

Aurora the landlady was lovely, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and came with all the amenities and utensils needed.

Proprietari gentili, discreti e disponibili. La mansarda è molto accogliente e funzionale. Pulita ordinata arredata con gusto. Sembra di vivere in una bomboniera. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Comodissima la dislocazione per raggiungere località limitrofe.
