We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this house. We arrived late at night, and Bozena's husband kindly picked us up from the airport free of charge, while Bozena welcomed us at the apartment and showed us everything — even at that late hour. That warmth set the tone for the entire stay. The house has its own private pool, which was a lifesaver during the very hot days — we all loved it. The location is great too, convenient for exploring Zadar and the surroundings. But what touched us most was the hospitality. Bozena brought us homemade olive oil and wine made by her father — such a generous, personal gesture. She even helped me when I needed to sort out some paperwork during our stay. Whatever we needed, one call or text to Bozena and it was taken care of — every wish was accomplished. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. This wasn't just accommodation — it felt like staying with friends. We would come back without hesitation and warmly recommend this place to any family visiting Zadar. Thank you, Bozena, for everything!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Haus hat einiges zu bieten und ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an gar nichts. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe und auch die kleinen Besonderheiten, wie z.B. ein Kräutergarten und die große Grillstelle im Terrassenbereich machen das Haus so einzigartig. Und zu guter letzt sind die super netten und bemühten Gastgeber zu nennen, die uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben haben und mit ihrem Charme den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht haben.

We had a truly wonderful time at this house and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful family vacation in Croatia. The house is beautiful – furnished with attention to detail, very clean, and incredibly cosy. The interiors create a unique atmosphere thanks to the combination of stone and wood and are equipped with all the amenities you could need during your vacation. A huge plus is the pool, where we spent many hours relaxing and having fun with the whole family. The sun loungers, terrace, and beautiful garden allow you to enjoy every moment outdoors. The house and its surroundings provide privacy, yet are an excellent base for exploring the region's attractions. We also can't forget to mention the owner – she was amazing, warm, and hospitable, as if she were part of our family. From day one, we felt cared for, yet had complete freedom. This is rare hospitality, and it will make this stay a memorable one. This is the perfect place for a family vacation, fully equipped, beautiful, and run with love. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Božena was super nice, very professional, and incredibly accommodating. The house was spotless and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need—there’s really no need to bring anything from home. We also spent a day out at sea with her husband Boris, the owner of Zadar Boat Rental, and had a blast. Both Božena and Boris are extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun, and we swam a lot. We also made great use of the BBQ—plenty of wood was provided, which was a nice touch. Any question or small request we had was handled immediately and perfectly by Božena. All in all, an amazing experience and we’d happily return without hesitation. Highly recommended!
