Run down property with some amenities
6.0We absolutely loved the location and the spacious layout, and having our own private pool made the stay feel truly special. The delicious daily breakfast was a wonderful way to start the morning, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus.
− While the resort claims to be a four-star property, our experience fell far short of that standard. The entire property felt noticeably run-down, and we constantly had to chase down basic amenities like towels and drinking cups. To make matters worse, the tap water was completely unsafe for drinking or even brushing our teeth, which is simply unacceptable for a resort in this category.

9.0Mooie goed onderhouden villa’s met eigen zwembad. Villa’s hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Eten en drinken kun je door het restaurant laten bezorgen. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt, enorm veel keuze van de kaart en buffet. Het restaurant is goed maar redelijk prijzig voor de Indonesische standaard. Er rijdt een hotelshuttle naar het strand.
− Er waren in het restaurant dagelijks een heel aantal gerechten/drankjes niet voorradig. Er staat een biljarttafel maar er zijn geen biljartkeuen. Het complex ligt een beetje uit de richting, dus je hebt altijd een taxi nodig als je ergens heen wilt. Achter het complex staan 2 verlaten gebouwen die er een beetje spookachtig uitzien.

A very special thank you to Coma, Tina, and Yoga, who made our stay even more memorable. They were always attentive, caring, polite, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. The resort is in a fantastic location, the facilities are excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious, with great quality and variety. We highly recommend The Sterling Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. We can't wait to come back!

− Our pool in the villa was cold, hot water did not work in the master bedroom. In the photos there were twin beds in downstairs room, so we believed there would be three beds but there were just two double beds
