− This was a very, very disappointing experience for me. I have booked this Airbnb from the 12th all the way until 16 of May and the property did not look bad in photos. When I have got there. The property of the outside was very rough I did not feel comfortable in that neighborhood in the home. There was old groceries from the last people that was staying there. It was very disgusting and there was big boxes in the front living room. Everything was very scattered and there was big random Pools in the front living room that was very dangerous and has fell on my niece The property was very dirty. Definitely not a safe area to be in I wasn’t even in the property for three hours. I felt so unsafe that I have just left. I didn’t even stay a day. I have contacted the lady and she is saying that she can’t refund me. I have spent over $600 to stay for 2 hours. I’m very disappointed that she won’t even refund me. I definitely wouldn’t spend money on this Airbnb not worth it.

Looking forward to staying again when I return to Birmingham.

My stay was comfortable and communication was exceptional. More than likely to stay again

− I was unable to use the outside amenities but for good reason as they were clearly updating the outside furniture in the back yard. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Never did receive any information on how to enter property, When arrived at property the arear was not as expected. Had to rent a hotel to accommodate our needs.

− The location. Lack of communication from host.

Everything was good until I received a message through email from booking.com for damages of 1873.00

I loved the kitchen and bathrooms! The living room was cozy. Bedrooms and closets very small. no addtional storage space. The Owners properties are in every cabinet and closet which included decorations and additional bedding/ supplies. Overall cozy.

− I didn't like the snacks in the cabinets or the groceries in the refrigerator for an additional charge. It was an inconvenience as the kitchen space was limited due to owners supplies, groceries and cooking supplies. My guest couldn't tell the difference between my groceries and the owners. I was instructed to cash app for any items consumed. I definitely didn't enjoy having to police the owners groceries. Apprently the outdoor swing had a tear but was torn before the end of our stay. The owner is asking 479.00 for replacement instead of a simple swing replacement cover. Professionally there should have been a out of order sign attached due to further damage and safety.To top it off the knob on the stove was knocked off according to the owner which was noticed directly after our stay. The owner is asking for 1399.00 for a new stove instead of a knob replacement. My family currently homeless and we sleep in a garage so I book the location so my kids could have a decent space for our Christmas and my daughter birthday. Im only working part time and can barely afford living expenses and food. Now I have to rectify the damages and deal with added stress. I regret my stay at this point. Everything that was good has went out the front door of my mind and I cant un- do it unfortunately. It definitely earased the whole experience.
