The property is modern, an excellent size and has a great range of facilities to use! The location is amazing and the views are stunning! Overall, a great property and excellent value for money when the beds are filled! The pool table is an excellent addition and there were board games and a Nintendo! (No dice in monopoly though!) The space within the home is fantastic and perfect for hosting a large group for the weekend!

− Whilst the stay was really positive, there were a few minor things we noticed. The house is not disabled friendly - I don’t think it’s stated whether it is or isn’t, it might be worth highlighting this in the description as a family member had to return home after night one as he struggled with accessibility. I’m not sure if a cleaner is hired for the home following check out, but we noticed that the cleanliness was not up to a high standard. Again, we really enjoyed our stay, however, the pillows were not consistent throughout the rooms, some appeared to have plump, and some very flat, with no additional pillows available - I do feel some of the bed pillows require an upgrade as this resorted in us leaving a day early due to neck pain. Whilst this is of no fault of the hosts, I appreciate hosts cannot control the weather!, we visited during a heatwave and the house got HOT!! With all the windows open there was still little ventilation or airflow & with it being a tall home and with heat rising, I would strongly advise taking room fans, or maybe these should be available to guests during the summer months as the heat was a big struggle for the group. I must highlight that the home is excellent value for money if you book as a large group and fill the beds!

We came to climb snowdon mountain and it was a perfect location gor this. There is also lots of takeaways cafes and pubs

Wonderful stay with Lake view

Wonderful stay and we'll maintained property. All rooms are provided with comfortable beds and also with good bath and shower rooms. 🛏️🚿 The site got ample parking considering the size of the property. 🅿️ Even if you miss a day's outing due to adverse weather there are plenty of options to sit and relax at the home. 🏡😌

Great Location for Snowdon

Perfect location and size for our group, there were 11 of us. The house is super spacious, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Great spot to climb Snowdon and to also swim in the lake. The local Chinese and Indian takeaways were great.

− The beds were the most uncomfortable beds any of us have ever slept in. You can feel the springs nearly coming through the beds, in addition to the pillows (one pillow per person) being super flat - we suggest you bring your own! Additionally, all of the mirrors and the fridge/freezer doors were super streaky, we had to clean them when we arrived.
