3.0Near to most attractions
− The biulding is under construction/reformation. Workers working on the windows could look inside the apartment when we entered. Windows cannot be open. If you want privacy you have to shut all the windows (including the bathroom), otherwise you are being watched from outside. Workers mobile WC at the entrance, disgusting trash canes in the front door. I doubt they could legally rent this. Contacting the property was useless, Booking did not answer. If you want to waste your money, go for this.

9.0В принципе все прилично, кровать удобная, телевизор, слава богу, работал без всякого интернета, с обычными каналами. Нормальный душ, нормальная кухня.
− Минус в шумоизоляции , очень слышно соседей, особенно вечером. Ну и стройка сейчас вокруг дома, поэтому тоже с утра было не очень комфортно просыпаться под шум от строителей.

− Bau Gerüst und ein Klo vor dem Küchen Fenster.Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Matraze sehr hart. Musste für Handtücher bezahlen die ich nicht bestellt habe.
Die Wohnung ansich ist schön und zentral gelegen
6.0Es war fast alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Ein Besen wäre schön gewesen, dass man mal ausfegen könnte.
− Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit lauter Musik empfangen, die über die Straße hallte. Das war leider fast täglich so. Keine Ahnung, ob es Urlauber oder Anwohner waren. Leider wurde es dann noch schlimmer. Wir haben extra eine Ferienwohnung statt Hotel gewählt, damit wir mal ausschlafen können. Das war nicht möglich. Unser Haus war eine Baustelle. Morgens halb neu ging es los, mit schwerem Gerät. Es hat permanet gekracht. Ich verstehe, dass mal gearbeitet werden muss, aber eine Baustelle kann man nicht als Ferienwohnung vermieten. Wir hatten auch die Mülltonnen direkt unterm Fenster. Es roch sehr stark nach Müll. Schade, aber wir kommen nicht wieder.
