Comfy cozy cottage!

Dog friendly, so perfect for our needs and adequately sized for 2 for a short break. There are very comfortable bedrooms, a lovely cosy sitting area with smart TV; quirky small kitchen! Nice conservatory extension at the back.

− Just needs a bit of love; the lower oven doesn’t seem to work. Lamp shade downstairs is broken. In the small upstairs bathroom; the hot & cold tap are opposite way around. Be careful with uneven steps throughout and very steep stairs with no rail.

Brilliant stay. Fantastic host.

Lovely cosy house. Great facilities, beautifully decorated. We had our 2 small children with them and they played safely within the space, no hazards once we'd moved a couple of decorative items out of reach. Great location for visiting Lancashire or Yorkshire. Fantastic host. Really helpful.

− There was nothing I didn't like could of done with a small banister rail for my husband up the stairs but me managed
