5.0La plage est très agréable! L’eau est chaude
− Ils nous ont chargé un prix différent à celui que quand on avait réservé, bcp plus cher. Mauvais entretient de la piscine par faute du personnel d’entretient. Il y avait bcp trop de moustiques dans la piscine et partout alors la piscine n’était pas nettoyée. Le nourriture n’est pas à volonté, ce n’est pas buffet comme se décrit, c’est le personnel qui te sert ton assiette. Les serviettes de plage et de chambre n’était pas toujours disponibles. On a voulu parler avec l’administrateur pour régler nos inconformités et ils nous a dit que peu importe ce qu’on allait dire, il allait effacer tout commentaire qui pourrait nuire à son établissement. Il n’a rien voulu régler.

4.0− Preguntamos en el hotel si nos podiamos consumir un coctel de camarones que está en un puesto en su playa, nos dijeron que si, con mi novio nos intoxiacamos, a las horas de la madrugada me fui por urgencias, el bajo a pedir ayuda del chico de la recepción para solicitar un taxi y la ayuda fue nula, pésimo servicio.
