Scam offer hotel ever!
2.0Nothing. Total bad experiences on my second visit.
− I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived late and had to do a late check-in at 1:00 AM, but to our surprise, the hotel had no record of our booking. They claimed our reservation was under a “personal suite,” even though we booked directly under their name and contact number. The receptionist eventually resolved the issue, but it took until 2:50 AM for us to check in—almost two hours of unnecessary delay. Upon receiving our key cards, we were also given six theme park tickets, as per our booking deal. However, when we entered our room, we were met with a strong, unpleasant odor—like old, wet wood. To make matters worse, the air conditioning control was broken. When we reported it, the receptionist sent a maintenance worker, but instead of being professional, he arrived with a bad attitude, speaking rudely and dismissing our concern, saying, “It’s just a control error, not a big issue.” The worst part? The next morning, we found out the theme park was closed! This was a complete scam, and my kids were utterly disappointed. The hotel knowingly included the tickets in our package despite the park being unavailable—an unacceptable and dishonest move. We asked to speak to the Duty Manager, but our request was completely ignored. As a so-called “compensation,” they offered only a one-hour late check-out, which felt like a joke considering all the issues we faced. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and misleading experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Poor management, rude staff, and a complete lack of accountability. Highly NOT recommended!
